Baker's Percentages
Baker's Percentage software allows a baker to quickly scale up to
down a batch based on the total weight of flour used. Using recipes
written in Baker's Percentages-with each ingredient given as a % of
the flour weight-an OHAUS scale can be used to quickly weigh-out
ingredients without the baker having to recalculate each item
separately. Baker's Percentages are now available in a wide range
of OHAUS products, providing bakers with even more choice. The
OHAUS Defender 7000, Defender 5000, EB, FD, Valor 5000 and the
Valor 3000 Xtreme all offer baker's percentage software to meet the
needs of bread production operations. |
